I'm new to this board (name is Ben) but i do know plenty about Cls. I've got a 97 3.0 and was wondering if any of you know about a guy in Oklahoma (where i'm from) who has a black 3.0 that's fast as hell!!!???? I saw him out sat. night and was wondering what he's done to beat a z-28. Maybe you guys know what to do to beat those fast piece of crap cars but i don't. Thanks.

First off, welcome. I'm not sure where you were on sat. night but i'm from Oklahoma city also. Nice to know there are two of us (maybe 3). I have a black cl 3.0 and i've done quite a bit. I have juice as of yet, i have a 150 shot comming soon though. I have tuned and retuned my car to get it to perfection. I raced a few z28's this weekend and beat all. Just start with small mods and work up to the big stuff. Rememeber though, have your car tuned after anything internal. Hey whats going on?? I'm pretty new to this site also. It's good to see some other cl-ers here in OKC. I don't think I've seen you guys around b4. I'm on the North side. Does anyone know who the fella with a dropped green 3.0 is? I raced him one day with a car full of girls, he beat me, big dissapoinment. I'd like to get together and compare rides, bs and what not. Not gonna be around this weekend tho, but after that Im good. Y'all let me know!
