For someone like this OP, trying to do all this fancy crap...you really dont know shit about anything. For our sake, just go pay someone to do this shit for you. You seem quite incompetent and all talk.
uh oh, team canada, on the prowl. lol.
btw. the 3.0 eats trannys stock. so making more power, not best idea. unless you have 10g's to blow. oh and say goodbye to your mileage and the ability to run 87 octane.

I would simply use CL-S pistons to raise the CR from 9.4:1 to 10.6:1
You can also use the newer RL pistons (would have to look up what year as I don't remember off the top of my head) to have a 11:1 CR. Although I know the RL's use a oil squitter which no CL's have stock. But a safe tune should be sufficient enough imo.
And yes, the use of higher octane (91-93 depending on your state) to help prevent detonation would be needed from that point on.
Any piggy back would do for tuning. No need for anything fancy as we can't alter timing (ecu does it on it's own and doesn't allow for any piggy back to override it).
As for the CLS cams, I know I made a thread in regards to it and where you should go to get it machined to fit your distributor.

all you have done is post shit. I doubt you have followed up on anything. Keep your tough guy attitude for the streets.
If anything, post some DIYs to what you have done. I would actually like to see some of the stuff you have done. It does appear quite extensive and would be a badass ride, unless you want to keep ninja about it. I dont want to bad mouth, I like to read about people builds, but all you do is ask questions. No harm, just build and post pics/vids.
