High beam adjustment?

So I'm trying to adjust my headlights, I pointed them right at a garage and the low beams are exactly where I want them to be. The high beams are a little weird. I do like the drivers side high beam, which is just a little above and to the left of the low beam. But the passenger side high beam is wayyy to the left of the low beam, and the same height as the drivers side high beam above the low beam.

Basically they point to the same spot up and to the left when you look far away. Anyway, my main question is: Can I adjust the highbeams without adjust the low beams? Also: If the high beam is so far off, and the low beams are perfect, is it possible the bulb got knocked around?

Sorry for the confusing post, let me know if you need anything clarified.

Sorry but... bump. I need some help with this. Should I just take off the housing and fix the bulb? Or can I adjust the high beam?
