hey, i just got my 7500K HID set today, and after installing everything, I found that one of the bulbs doesnt light up properly. it ignites, but wont kick over to fully start. Please help

i even changed the lights from the first ballast to the second. Do you think it is burnt out?

I had the same problem as soon as i installed my bulbs and it turned out to be the bulb. Sent it back and got a new one no questions asked Hope it works for ya
