"HID look" vs. PIAA

I notice on ebay that HID look bulbs are $15-25, but PIAA are $60-120. Difference?

if u buy the cheap bulbs u take the risk of getting crap. im sure some of them are actually good. the piaas will last and i've been told they run much cooler then other bulbs
