Wassup guys. I was seein for those of you who have HID's installed..the plug n play ones, how did u get to ur driver side headlight? do i have to remove the battery? or the bumper.. i cant seem to reach the low beam wire to wire up my hids.. thanks

I don't know if you have a 3.0, but if you do, you need to take out the Air box to access it. If you have a picture of the engine bay, I can try and help you, or you could ask others that have 2.2 or 2.3 if thats what you have.

I have a 2.3 and all i needed to do is remove the small plastic piece at the end of the intake and to can access it easily. all you need is to pull it out no screws or nothing

 

On a 3.0 you do not need to remove the air box. It's tight work but can be dont. Though much faster and easier if done. I myself sell hid's and have then on everything I own, I am always changing bulbs out(seeing I have them in every temp for my car) not because problems just because I like changing things up.

i believe there are two bolts then it just pulls out. not 100% sure because its been a while since i took mine out

It's a lot easier if you have an intake
