hey d5c5b5

hey how did u get your sub box to stay in place. did u use bolts or did u use an adhesive to hold it in place?

slyvester: his trunk is totally custom and i think he screwed into it

he has been mia for a while and i havent seen him on aol at all, maybe been real busy with summer and lots of work and shit to do and last i heard he told me he's working on the CL and getting a h22 to drop in since he's selling his VERY nice VW bug that he has, its totally tricked out i think it had a rag top and wheels and paint all nice

but i havent seen him in a while sly

if you build your box wide enough, u could have it fitted right between the tire wells really tight and wouldn't move...

yeah but if someone gets in there they could pull it out. i wanted to a custom box also so u cant see where the box starts or ends like d5c5b5

SooDARK used corner brakets screwed them into the trunk and it held the box in place.. I plan to do the same... whatever works... not like someone can just run away with your subs they are real heavy... a car... different story.

hahah, i like that response will...........seriously! ya, im in cape town airport chillen in the premier club feelin like a big baller......anyway, my box i\isnt actually bolted down....i built a wall infront of it (which is what you see when you look at my "custom setup") and thats screwed into the box and its in there snug....so the wall actually holds the box in place.....anyway, im off for my 15 hr flight to ATL now.........see you guys on here in a day or two!
