Help with my doors (sadface)

Well I got my front components in with spacers, but I am having a lot of trouble getting my door back on. I've taken them off plenty of times before, but for some reason they won't go back on this time! I think there could be 1 or 2 problems..

1) The weatherstrip on the door panel is coming off so it's hard for the weatherstripe to go back onto the door... i'm hoping this is the problem and not #2.

2) I was thinking maybe the speakers were sticking out to much and obstructing the door panel. I was wondering if anyone else with aftermarket speakers w/ spacers was having this problem. Mine only stick out maybe not even an inch out, so I don't see how that could be the problem!

Thanks for the help and/or suggestions!

I had problems with the weather stripping, but I replaced it with a spare. I doubt that is your problem. Did you get it slid down on the top? With your window down, you should be able to snap the top in and snap the rest in. I guarantee you that the speaker sticking out is the problem, I have mine dropped in almost an inch, and they wouldn't clear if they were out any further, I had spacers, but dremel'd out the back of the speaker grommet, and my speakers fit in perfect, gave me just of enough clearance and I have big ass 40 oz magnets.

Here's the difference in size:

Here's what I removed:

Here's the speaker with NO real extra clearance and this is in the stock location and doesn't really stick out any further than the original speaker:

Yeah it is probably the speaker sticking out.. I'll have to take the dremel to it and trim it up some! I was just hoping I didn't have to take the speaker out after I finally got them hooked up! Thanks man.
