Exclamation Help me out....!

I can't find a 2003 6spd tranny from a CLS in any junk yard. And I have yet to have gotten a reply about the blocks or heads I'm looking for. Do any of you guys know of a place that is selling any of these things? I prefer to find the tranny first. I've been waiting for the guy over at v6.net to give up on his project and sell the motor/trans, but he hasnt budged yet. rrrrr.......

Oh, and I know there is a guy out in CT/NY over at v6p.net that is selling a brand new tranny for like 6500, but the deal seems a bit on the mmmm side. I have yet to see proof of his tranny. That and I wouldnt pay that much.....

Also, the 2003 black CLS over at MMauto.com has been sold a long time ago. I don't know why they havent updated that site.

Just in case you guys come across these, I'm just letting you know in advance that I've already loooked into em. Thanks in advance for any help/leads.

try looking for a 6speed tranny from a 04-05 v6 accord. according to the honda news releases, it's "very simlilar to the transmission from the acura CL-S". and it's also already mated up to a J30 instead of a J32, so you might have better luck with those... not to mention they are still in production.

the tranny yes......if i can ever get it done...then future plans would be the obvious as to what i'll do....

i'm going to be doing circuit racing over the summer with a friend of mine, and I really need for this car to be manual now, i looked into DC2's (love those cars), and they sold the one I wanted. So I figured I'd spend the money on this car instead. The only thing I lack is the manual tranny. Getting more power wont be so hard once i can trust the tranny.....J35 block with the J32a2 head is what I'd swap if I can get this tranny in. But first tranny, then the engine...untill then....point me in the direction of this tranny.
