I doubt there is an aftermarket motor for a window...two reasons i think this...
1) never heard of one the whole time i've been on this board
2) we don't even have a body kit so i would have to slap whatever company would make an aftermarket window motor for our car...
but anyways...i recommend you take it to acura and have it fixed...you are going to get ripped off unless you know how to repair the window yourself...then you can just buy the parts and do it...good luck with your problem man..

well as in aftermarket i ment

there has to be motors and stuff you can buy. think about it you can make cars with no power windows have power windows so someone must sell them. i dont know mabey im crazy
but id love to have windows that dont require a nap while they are going up

If you're hearing the motor spin, check to see if it's just the cable that broke.

If that's the case, there's a thread by RidinLow that may save you big $$$.

If it's the window regulator (motor) just order one from your dealer (or www.acuraautomotiveparts.net), and install it yourself. It's not that hard.

If you have a warranty that covers it. If not it is probably your window actuator/regulator. Happens on a lot of hondas/Acuras.

It's your window regulator. Same exact thing happened to mine. What most likely happened was the cables in the motor are mangled. And yes they do make aftermarket motors. I was going to get one but instead I just got a new one. Good Luck, I think people were saying they were paying about $300 for parts and labor.
