SOHCer. what i did with my intake was i attached the factory airbox to the end of the intake pipe. when i bought my intake it was a short ram so i noticed it sucked in hot air from the engine bay and the pipe gets hot. so i decided to custom fit my airbox back on with a K&N drop in unit and removed the junk from under the fender and silencer so that it can suck cooler air. Then i painted the intake pipe with high temp paint so that it doesnt get as hot. Thats it. i guess i can call it custom. what do u think?

Welcome to the board. We all love to look at pics, so if you get a chance post some pics of your car and whatever custom work you have done. Thanks!

hi. i'm a newbie too. i might as well take the opportunity to say hello to everyone here. i dont have the CL anymore, but, i spent a lot of time fixing it up when i did have it. i've been visiting the forum for a while, and, i finally got around to registering. i wish this forum was around when i was into the scene. you guys/gals seem like a great group and, i hope i can be a worthwhile contributor.
