headlight aiming question

I pulled out my screw driver and put the aiming bubble for the lowbeams at "0", but for some reason when i have my headlights on, there is a blotch of light on the right side, that the left side doesn't have, is there a way to make it so their even?

the 1st gen headlights are weird with HID's in them... you tend to get that "blotch" on the one side... I had the same problem when I had my cl with HID's. What I did was park on level ground in front of a wall, trying to get the car as perpendicular as possible, and then I aimed them that way... the little levels are pretty much useless unless everything in your car is perfect (as in new tires, ball joints... etc...).

I have that same "blotch" on the driver's side!

I haven't been able to get rid of it. Oh well!
