help, i can't stand it anymore one of my beams is out to linch and I am not sure how to adjust them can some one help, thanks Rob.

 

open the hood. If you look at the headlights you'll see a little leveler bar and a place to stick in a screwdriver. Stick in the screwdriver and you can adjust it by twisting it. I don't remember which way to twist to lower or rasie but you'll be able to figure it out. And do it at night.
