I want to throw an H22A Euro-R engine in my cl 2.2. Has anyone done this? how hard will it be? will i need to get custom motor mounts made? thanks for any info you can provide.

 

i think you would only need to modify one mount on the cl. but what engine is the h22a euro-r, never heard of a euro-r but an h22a yes, you can fit an h22a into the 2.2 cl.

 

its a jdm motor. Heres the site I originally found them at. The guys at the h22a.org forum new a little but said they were rare.

Get an h22 with type "s" cams and you will be just as happy or even happier because you saved the money!

Don't waste your cash. You should put the extra money into building the block and head or better yet TURBO. The outcome will be alot more fun!
