can i use my stock 98 f23 stock harness im havin problems wireing it up. any help would b great

you HAVE to use it. However you will need to cut and splice some of the old connectors off the h22 harness. Dizzy plugs being one. Also need to move the crank angle sensor wires over to the dizzy area from the crank area.
