Im still undecided. I havent come in contact with any of the 3 owners. I guess Ill call and not email. But I think Im going to the bank today to see what kind of loans I would be able to get. I still acnt drive stick haha. Someone taught me this past week but it was in a big flat bed truck and I didnt drive it.

I still need help deciding. I like certain fetures of each. If the black one with the Type R sawp had the H22 Id be head over heels for it. BUt the turbo is what i keep thinking about. I want a turbo. Ill have a car to fall back on if something goes wrong. (my dads sequoia) so im not too too worried about that.

Anymore opinions people?

the high compression would limit your boost to about 6-8 pounds (or so i've heard) If i had an ITR swap, i'd stay all-motor. Thats what those motors were made for

I kno I can trubo the Type R. I could turbo the H22 also. I want a turbo and I just thought since im in college and i dont have money growing on trees. I might as well wait until I can acutally afford a turbo and put on in myself. Im leaning towards the Type R swap. Its a really good price too. IM going to the bank now to see the rates for a 5K 6K and 7K $$ loan.

I loved my Del Sol Si. That was one of the most fun cars I've owned. Believe it or not there's a ton of storage in that car, and the trunk is plenty big enough. I think the Type R motor would be amazing in it. I shouldn't have sold mine. I'd love to get another one.

This was mine.

I really don't mind del sol's toooo much...i've seen a few fixed up alright, but my argument is against the actual "type-r del sol" sale. There's no way that's $5,000...it's hard to find a stock del sol under 100k that's around $5,000, so how does adding a $4,000 b18c5 keep the price down? Def. do your research on those cars...I only buy virgins.

you should test drive them first. who knows... first hand experience is the best.. just because it is swapped... doesn't mean its good to go. do your research... see what the difference is. If you really wanna ask for advice as to engines and swaps... i suggest you go onto honda-tech. But really.. it's your car, we aren't driving it... so to us, whether u get the h22 or the itr swap... it won't matter. do your research though... because if u do end up getting one or the other.. people will laugh and not respect u for what you have... especially if u don't even know what you have. look into building a car from scratch... doing your own swap. You'll learn a lot i'm sure. good luck.

and that you could possibly have 1000x more problems than the 3.0
and you're asking for trouble on the turbo'd cars, do you know if they're tuned or who tuned them? the engine is probably ready to blow any minute.

I thought they didn't give out loans for cars 7 years old or older?

Is it different from state to state?
