dont plan on your car passing smog if you convert it to OBDI. check with florida.... i dont think thay do smog tests.
you need to do a whole buncha stuff.
the prelude ECU will work with a conversion harness (~$170)
you'll need adrivers side motor mount from a prelude w/ H22, and that has to be shaved down to fit.
also a prelude throttle cable.
dont plan on cruise control working anymore.
you'll also need the evap canister from a prelude, and the MAP sensor from a prelude since the OBDI motors have it, but its mounted on the fire-wall.
the sensors from the F22b/F23 will work with the H22, but some of them have to be lenthtened to fit.
the accord/CL cat-converter wont work so you'll need to have a muffler shop fit that into place.
i think that is about it.

you can use the stock throttle cable.
If you get creative, you can use the cruise control again too. Or you can simply use the f22 intake manifold to have it work like before.
You can use your old evan can too, but you will need a map sensor, if you get your swap from steve (HMO) it should come included along with most of the other sensors too.

reason im going with a P72 and not a P13 is because there is lots and lots of free-ware for it. that means lots more tuneability than hondata for lots less money.
come to think of it.... you could use the bottom half of the prelude intake manifold and the upper half of the CL manifold. hmmmm.
