You do know that your group buy probably won't be cheaper than Tim's price...and if you save $5...wow!?! You should support Tim's site...unless you can save everyone at least $20.

not true... we beat 99% all of autocarparts.com prices. we cant beat comptech because we dont carry them.

and we dont beat them by just 2 bucks either. We work with every company that sponsors NOPI now, and our prices have come down even more. but dont take my word...

how can you say that when you have never ordered from me? we have customer service disclaimers all over our website, along with "100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back!" painted everywhere!

i can understand some people wanting to support autocarparts because they sponsor this site (which i appreciate as much as the next guy) but the truth is there are very, very few that can beat our prices everyday on more than 10% of our products. just defending my business and my $.02. dont anyone get mad. later yalllll.

oh, thanks casper, just let me know.

I must say that I ordered a WW lip spoiler from him several months ago and there was a problem with it (not his problem, WingWest's problem) and he was in constant touch with me and even had several managers from Wings West call me to apologize!! I ended up cancelling the order (again, not his fault) and he mailed me my money back very quickly and was apologizing up and down (again, even though it wasn't his fault...well, you get the idea). So basically, don't knock it 'till ya try it!!

Hey, no problem!! I'm in "customer service" myself (sales / Account Managment), so I know good customer service when I get it and there's no harm in passing the info along!!

Hey fellas - don't forget who pays the bills for the hosting of this site - you got it - Tim @ autocarparts.com.

Give him the benefit of the doubt and try helping pay for the site at the same time.

Absolutely, Tim is now helping out with this site, and I am one of his #1 supporters on the TL site (and here too, but it doesn't come up as much). That doesn't mean that people can't still price around and buy things from other vendors. Not EVERYTHING needs to be purchased from Tim, especially if it's of a group buy nature.....

I'm going to close (but not delete) this topic b/c we all know a CompTech group buy is really not an option. If anyone is able to coordinate one, please start a new topic.
