how do you make that custom grill with that nice mesh in it.. is it makable

 

i have a mesh in both my top and bottom grills. you can get the mesh at just about any customs shop(bout 40 per grill) or advance auto store. alot of companies make them and they come in different styles. http://www.autodirectsave.com/MeshGrille.asp i have figure A but mine is made by foliatec. things you will need to install screwdriver, wirecutters, pliers, and some screws. for the bottom you can just wire the mesh to the existing grill with some small metal wires(what i did.) for the top i used some little screws and nuts to fasten it in the holes that were holding the old grill trim in. ill post pics of mine when i can bc it looks sweet. i have a pic with the bottom done
its not hard at all and it takes about 45 minutes and some patients.

 

Are you talking about the top or bottom grill? I know the top one you get that wire at a hardware store and cut it to the exact shape of the grill. Then you take off the "A" , put the grill in and then snap the "A" back on. i think it only works with a 99 grill.

 

this is my grill mesh. like i said its not that hard. i woulda posted a DIY but i didnt think it was that difficult to figure out. all you gotta do is measure, cut, test fit, trim, and mount. you may not mount yours the same way i did but as long as its on there.
