The past month(and next couple) have been a serious case of 'Hey your car is 13 years old and needs to take all your money!'

-Drivers side CV gets real bad, start saving to fix

-One of my new tires( Potenzas, love them.) gets a drywall screw in it and needs patched while I'm about to have the money to fix the CV

-Finally save for the axle, need new fuel filter too, add $80

-Pick up car from shop, mechanic tells me that front engine mount is cracked and needs replaced

-Saving begins for engine mount(PS is there a better brand to get?)

-On Saturday go to parts store for Seafoam and headlight cleaning kit, BATTERY AND STARTER DIE WHEN I GO TO LEAVE

-Push car behind the Valvoline next door, proceed to buy battery and starter for their price and have them help me put it in at no installation price(Cheers to them, buy them a case of beer)

-Take my car home to run Seafoam through fuel system, while its running smoke starts rolling out the front of my engine

-Turns out I need to replace my headers

So in a two month span, I've done or have to do: CV axle, fuel filter, engine mount, battery, starter, headers.

Arrg too bad I love this car.
