Greddy SP

Im considering buying a Greddy SP Exhaust for my car. I found one for the 94-97 Accord 2 door. If I buy this, would it need any modification to fit it on my 2.2 97 CL? Also, how does this exhaust sound on a 4Cyl. I dont want it to be loud. The CL is too classy.

i have it on my car.
it quiets down a lot after two weeks once the ecu gets used to the increased flow.

for a 4 cylinder, it sounds nice and deep, almost like a 6cyl. i cant even hear it over the intake past 3500rpm.

a good choise for exhaust, but im partial.

I noticed in your sig that you have Giovanna wheels? I am curious what size and style you have. I am thinking about getting Giovanna Anzio2's.

Bosal/Brospeed has a nice tone even with my turbo and no cat.

I wanted to keep the dual tip with the catback and the bosal is a direct application.

Although the SP is a rather older Trust/GReddy design, in my opinion it is still the best sounding namebrand exhaust out right now. I like the more traditional muffler can design on it as well. On my 2.2 it sounds really bassy and never gets really too loud. The only downside for me is the constant drone on the highway.

what u can do if its too loud is go to a muffler shop and add more resonators to the piping. I believe the Greddy systems comes with 2 resonators already if im not mistaken but if u are going with a muffler and custom cat definatly consider one. It will make it sound soft and smooth. Most people forget about the resonator and just do piping which can be raspy or get too loud. All the expensive cat back system haves resonators after the cat (like the bosal system pictured above by niedejb.)

I have 18s and I love them. Im not sure what style they are because I bought them off some kid after his car was totalled for $800 (with almost new pirelli and toyo tires included!!) Great deal. Ive looked for my kind before but only found them sold on one web site but forgot the name. They are the thick alloy 5 spokes with bolts around the edges. Everyone compliments me on how well they fit my car. Anyways, good luck with your search. Sorry I dont know the style.

BTW, noone answered my question whether or not the Greddy SP for the 94-97 Accord EX will fit my car without modification. Thanks

Better stick with bosal/brospeed. If you want loud and the SP fits the accord EX then go for it.
