Dyno pulls in stock trim revealed 165 hp at 5500 rpm and 178 lb-ft of torque at 4300 rpm. With the GReddy Evolution exhaust installed, we saw an immediate gain of 7.5 hp at 6180 rpm and an increase of 6.4 lb-ft of torque also at 6180 rpm. Throttle response improved on the street as well

If he had a turbo supra, rx-7, 3000gt, or 300zx, then with a down pipe and exhaust, that'd be somewhat close. But not with an all motor car.

damn cocoa beat me to it. With forced induction I'm sure that's definitely possible to get those kinds of gains over teh stock system, but who has the stock exhasut system on a turbo'd civic? seriously.

while we're talking greddy exhausts, on one site, i found that the greddy sp2 catback fits on 94-97 accords, but on another site, the sp2 only fits on civics. im not sure if sp2 fits on my 2.2cl now

the sites are prostreetonline.com and autocarparts.com

Tell him he'll get an extra 25whp if he puts his nutz in the tailpipe while someone revs the car to redline.

scalbert is running the stock exhaust, or was until very recently on his sc'ed cl-s... people that are into the sleeper look avoid exhaust, cause its like the first ricer mod

And people wounder why Honda owners get a bad rep.

I guess everyone has to start somewhere tho. Please tell your frined to do some actual research on the differences between F/I and N/A. Then to comapre that with what he has, and come back and tell you when he learned something.

Better yet... here is Tell him to go buy a clue.
