almost got pull over once when i was coming home from study one night. speed limit is like 30 and good thing there was a car in front of me or else, i'll be toasted. and when i pass the cop, i saw that dreaded lil red light flicked on. that's when i knew he wasn't taking a nap

 

Nice. I got pulled over twice in two weeks a few months back. One verbal and one written warning. I learned my lesson though

I just got pulled yesterday south of Charleston, WV. I was going with traffic and he pointed me out from the side of the road, and got me doing 79 in a 70. And the fine is crazy, $125.

 

k, you might not believe me, but whatever....my very first ticket was doing 69 in a 45, at 4:20pm, on 4/20......best numbers ever, i was glad to take the ticket, lol......so imature in my teenage years, lol.....

 

when the cop pulled me over, he asked me how fast i thought i was going...i told him i was doing at the most 47, lol.....what a dumbass, i dont think he even knew, i was doing 95!!!....that was when i had my VR-4...

I got 110 in a 55 but it was a highway & I was racin an talon. But the cop put it down to 75 in a 55

 

I just got a ticket 2 weeks ago, I was going with traffic, and he pulled me over for doing 80 in a 65. He wrote me up for 70 in a 65, but it's still $95.

 

Happened in Corte Madera, between Larkspur and Greenbrae. The guy walks up to the car, says basically that 60 in a 25 is WAY too fast. He says that he saw me cut off the guy while I was merging, and I said that I didn't see the guy until the last second and tried to create seperation. He said, "Maybe if you stop lying to me I won't give you a ticket." Then he walks back to his car, looks at my papers for a few minutes, then returns, and says, "I'm going to let you off with a warning, being that you live in our town, I'll probably see you again sometime, be careful."
My friend was stunned to hear this, he got a ticket a little over a month ago for 60 in a 45 and reckless driving. Really a lucky break, needless to say I'll be driving really carefully now, that could have been a huge fine, possibly a license taken away, and someone told me a felony/arrest for twice the speed limit. Yikes.

 

I got pulled by a CHP doing 95 in a 65 I was in my truck with air bags riding with my frame like 2 inches off the ground. He told me that if his car wasn't already full of people that he would have taken me to jail he just told told me not to be stupid and let me go.

 

I just got a 105 in a 70 ticket... in bumfuck... driving lubbock to dallas for easter. That is really gonna hurt I bet. Damn.

you should be really careful. Its better to be late then not get there at all. My friends little brother was killed by someone doing 50 in a 25, guy was sobber, he was just running late.

 

5 points? don't u get your license taken away at 4?

 

In Maryland, it's 8 points, then your license is suspended.

 

where do you find out what points are what? and how many before something happens?
