Got a needle Question?

I was installing reverse gauges and I broke my gas needle!!!! IS PART "12" THE PART that I need to order to fix it? http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/...prddisplay.jsp Is that going to have the needle and everything on it??

the link doesnt work but its a 97 2.2 5speed and go under Combination-meter

you can just buy a cluster off ebay for a 94 accord and take the fuel assembly.

is it complicated to get that gas needle off the cluster and put it on another one?

Nope It just unscrews from the back of the cluster.

Btw, you have to repace the whole gauge not just the needle.

You can't replace only the needle. You need the gas gauge.

#12 is the correct item on www.acuraautomotiveparts.org

For the price of that cluster on eBay, why not get the NEW gauge from www.acuraautomotiveparts.org ?

Holy $42 damn. Thats a lot of money to throw down on a mistake brought about by $30 indiglos, I wish that I hadn't fucked up.

yeah it sucks too especially the damn gas needle i have got to get it fixed! i drive a lot!

if I just install a WHOLE new cluster is there any kind of way to fix the milage on it????

but if you buy a new cluster thna you still have the chance of breaking the needle again, when installed my gauges i made the cirlcle a bit bigger.
