Im sure she is, What is wrong exactly? you listed a bunch of things you fixed??? Sounds like you need to do some tinkering or take it to a shop if you cant fix the idle. Id start by reading the codes, most likely with your issues it should be throwing some kind of codes... Depends how much more money and time you are planning on putting into it, usually i weigh the money i put into a car and how much i can sell it for, or if i plan on running it into the ground, but im a mechanic so i can fix anything so my cars will never die.

I've spent so much time and $ getting mine the way it should be that I lost count. You're going to have to weigh your love of the car vs the time and $ it's gonna take to get her right. I'm happy I stuck it out with mine for sure. I get a lot of compliments on mine, people can't believe it's a 1999 model. But it didn't happen overnight. Good luck!!

If it slips like crazy when cold then it's a trans issue, if it's stalling randomly then that's your TPS (throttle position sensor)
I've sunk well over 20K into my car getting it to be where I want it, that's the main reason I've held onto it for 12 years
