i was thinking once i pay all my court fines that with my cl i would do blue L.e.d. interior lights, cf hood, color matched cf mirrors(my car is white),18 in gun metal rims chrome lip, hid conversion,tinted tail and head lights black, 1.4 inch drop, short ram intake.... is this a ok looking idea, i would like input and ideas plz.

CF hood, gloss black roof + CF trunk could be sick though.

 

Having done pretty much all the mods you listed, I would say it's a good list and has potential, when do you think the future is that you would be doing this?

 

GM matches CF better, that's why I got GM rims instead of blac

black rims with chrome lips are overplayed IMO I think black with red lip looks cleaner, but only if you have a red and black theme goin. Did you mean tinted headlights or blackhoused headlights? cause the only person that really pulled off the tinted headlights was blindshooter.

with a car like that, you might end up paying some more fees. all that stuff could be the reason why a dick cop would pull you over and give you some BS.

well i mean tinted not black housed and by cf mirrors i just ment color matched to the hood so stock mirrors color of the hood. and so far my court fines are 3000 dollars and i have one more case to finish and my share of 4 people could become 9 grand.... so project will take time to get together

I got my wheels for free when my bro joined the Navy so I'm gonna use what I have. I think black with a polished lip looks great when the chrome around our windows.

 

Go with what you have. Our cars are 11 years old - to put $3,000 rims on just to be different is just crazy unless you have money to burn. In which case, you're probably not driving an 11 year old car.

Black with a red lip will be overplayed soon enough, trust me. That's a problem in this scene - if you do something that looks good you're guaranteed to have it catch on and become overplayed. But, if it doesn't look good, then you get haters.

 

I'm so sick of the term played out, like doubleshot said, if it looks good, everyone is going to do it. Black with polished lip is played out, so is black with red lip, who gives a fuck it's your car. There's only so many choices before you get to green and pink rims, just do what you like

 

That reminds me I need to repaint my wheels neon green and paint all the crome/badges to match.

Joking aside I live in Indiana any time you tastefully mod a car it looks insane compared to the 150+ neon/cavilers I see running around with faded paint and fart cans.

 

Just stay out of trouble. Forget about the car for now. Everything you've mentioned has been done.

Speaking of CF hoods on a non black car... Does anyone know of anyone that has paired it with a gloss black roof on a lighter color car?

Some of the TL guys did it with tinted windows and the black flowing up the car down the middle looks insane.

I did about the same thing when I first joined but I had a more specific problem that I was trying to take care of =).

i have carbon a fiber hood and gm rims, but why does it not look right!?!?

 

ok so i finally figured out what im doing to my car and started doing the mods to it... im keeping evrything white... down the line new paint job and im getting white rims and lowering it .. im going for the white on white with tinted tail, head and turn lights. and i knw everyone says dont do this ull make it a ricer.. well im going to do white underglow for even more whiteness .. idk i think it will look good... some input plz

 

also on another note.... i put strobes in my grill so my car looks like an undercover cop..... i knw i can get in trouble... but anyway i roll up on a 1989 ford mustang and its all souped up... i flash strobs mess wid em.. and he get next to me wantin to race im like why the f not... we are going 60 side side and he got enough pwer to hop his car up and down so im like im screwed well.. my stock verse his mod and i smoked him not once but 3 times..... side by side .. at a light... and then when he was a car and a half again of me at a rolling start... god it was funny... all the power and he didnt knw how to drive it...
