is there anysetup of where I could mount a camera in my car? a small one, and run it to a recorder or something for cheap..?
My tints would cover the camera and I could just set it to record while im gone.. which is about 6-8 hours at most..?

same shit happened to me man. My car got keyed 2 months after buying it and had to get it fully repainted, then got egged right after I got it back. I then went about 3 years w/ no incidents. Then it was keyed about 2 months ago in a random parking lot no where near anywhere I live. Then last week someone broke the rear window and hit the hood and corner panel w/ some blunt object. I don't have enemies, atleast none that I know of

Oh well, turns out this situation benefitted me more then the harm it caused.

i figure that is about as extreme as you can get for video in your car. mount it where it can keep an eye on area of the car you want to watch and then use it whne you get pulled over by the cops...i mean you have a mic right there and a vid cam..hehe

my car got fukt up at school too.. someone crowbared my headlights and messed up my fenders and hood in the process. they jacked my hid's. my insurance covered most of the things, cept the hid's. bastards.. i was thinkin bout the whole video camera deal too. but i think i'm going to sell the car now, it stands out too much in the parking lot at the dorms

You can get the barbie or such wireless camera. It has a camera in the car i guess u can setup and then it wiressless to the trunk where you would have a vcr recording. Very cost effective.
