Front drivers side drive 2.2cl

I noticed the other day when I was driving around 70mph whenever I added some gas and accelerated that there was a vibration in the front drivers side wheel. It only happens when I add gas, when I let off the car drives fine again. It does not do it all the time just occasionally but it has gotten worse. It has gotten to the point that it almost feels like the wheel is gonna fall off. I made sure the lug nuts were tight. what do you guys think is wrong with it?
THanks,
Charlie

wheel could be mis-balanced. Get all your wheels balanced. One way to check that is to rotate your tires.

jack up your car in the front and shake your tire side to side and up and down, if there's a lot of play than you could have some bearing issues or ball joint, but like they said before they normally clunk, or tie rod ends can go bad.

aftermarket rims? make sure u get the sticker weights... and yea.. make sure its balanced right.... other then that.... I'd say its your axle... cause i just replaced my axle cause the boot was torn... and the fact that it was clunking and was wobbly... so in other words... check your axle and ur cv boots.

alright jacked the car up the other day and the wheel doesnt move at all. they are stock rims. I think they are balanced right because it doesnt vibrate all the time. and the cv boots dont have any tears in them. is it possible that my left shock is bad and it is resonateing?

vibrations can be caused by dent in the rim. once, i took my car for tire rotation and the worker told me i had a slight dent on one of my rims(not noticeable). he sed that i myt feel a bit of vibration.

I dinged the inside of a rim on a pothole and it did the same thing. After it was fixed, I had it ballanced, and it's not been a problem since. But yeah, around 65-70mph it would vibrate. Drove me nuts for about a week, then I said fix that shit.
