Found the problem

Ok, the check engine light came on due to a faulty EGR valve. Hmmm...how hard is this to replace? I'm trying to be very cost efficient. Do you guys recommend doing this yourself?

I believe there is a recall on the egr valve and should be replaced at any dealer for free.

Was the 3.0 code same as the 2.2? Or did you use another source?

I actually ended up taking it to Autozone they did it for free. I'm listed on the the Acura owners link and did not see a recall on the EGR Valve, but there may a Special Service Campaign or Service Bulletin recall. I'll call them in the morning and report back. Thanks for the info guys
