Well, at this point I’ve bought a 2005 RL, but I found my totaled CL that’s apparently going up for auction soon.. I hate that insurance gave me barely anything, but I still miss this car..

Did you hit a person?

i've only seen smashed windshields like that in the movies where a person was hit.

 

Thank god no, I hydroplaned around a turn, overcorrected, slammed it up on a curb, and hit a street sign. The breakaway base on the sign caused it to flip down and slam into the windshield. Thankfully I was unharmed, no takata airbags, and the sign didn’t go through the windshield...

what makes you miss the CL the most?

 

Mainly the manual transmission and gas mileage haha it was only a 2.3, but the RL does have some nice features. And twice the HP haha

 

I would think the RL is the better car, all around, minus the manny tanny.
