Fog or Driving

Who prefers fog or driving lights as their aftermarket lighting, and why.

between fog and driving lights, fogs are better cause they are brighter.

not sure about that

but if you go to the PIAA website, most of their driving lights throw further and most of their fog lights are short distance illumination. It all depends on what you'd rather see, far ahead, or road conditions 1-10' in front of you - and if don't get any fog then there's probably no point.

I don't think one is brighter than the other. Fogs throw a low beam that illuminates the road about 10-20 feet ahead. Driving lights (the aftermarket type, not those daytime running lights on GMs) throw a long narrow beam 50 to 60 yards ahead of you.

I guess I was just comparing my stock driving light, which suck, to real fogs.

I used to have some Hella driving lights on a car a few years ago. The horn didn't work so when someone pissed me off at night, I expressed my displeasure with the lights. It worked pretty well.

I was making the same comparison. The 2nd Gen Driving Lights vs my OEM Fog Lights.
