As you can see, thats the new paint job. It used to be this hideous faded green. didnt go as extreme as we did with mine, the only things shaved are the trunk and the windshield washers. all the interior woodgrain got painted also. This morning, i gave him my old lowering springs, and we put those on. Also the exhaust, and he put the CAI and strut bar on last night. WW lip, the new rims, and also some ZEX will be on it soon enough.

what happened to the chrome door trim? is that missing? or is it painted black or something I can't tell.

what did they charge to do the trim pieces?

 

although not always the right choice, i think that clears would look better against that color than the orange markers.... just an idea

 

the whole paint job was around 6gs. I got it done at the same shop as eric aka katana18. the wood trim was part of the deal. being that the 98 has the center peice (97s dont have it) it took 5 hours to remove it. at $65 per hour=$325 in labor. i wanted to get clears but racing zone didnt have them so im going to get them off ebay. thanks for the good words, i love it. took it out last night downtown orlando lots of looks. it was kinda unfare being that eric was right behind me. his ride makes it a little hard to follow. will keep you all posted on with follow up pics.

Depending on who you ask some will say spoiler, some will say keep it simple.

I say get the spoiler, arn't you the guy who ran into my parents driving my car at a Mc Donalds? if so then you know im biased about the spoilers.

 

i dont think im the same guy in question. i live in florida and dont remember the last time i was at mcdonalds, but thanks for the input.

 

Spoilers add to the character of the car.....I wouldn't like mine as much without it.

 

i told him he wasnt allowed to have one since we always roll together and he needed to be different.

 

If eric says no oem spoiler, think about the WW type R one. Not too many people have it, and its starting to grow on me. BTW, nice paint code, its not too much, but just enough.
