Finally got my exhaust put on!!

i just got my n1 muffler put on today. i only replaced the rear section cuz these mufflers tend to get loud w/a custom catback. it sounds real good, i'm surprised. and i only paid 60 bucks for the custom rear section and flanges!! i will post pics up this week hopefully for all of you to see

i told you so too.... haha. it's better to just get a pipe bent and bolted on. that way of you get a work order you can always bolt the factory rear section back on.

Hummm.....but is the noise still noticable? I like that low rumble

And if you get a full catback compared to what you have...How many more horses can I expect?

it is def. noticeable and it quiets down a little at higher rpms. you will feel a little bit more of a difference w/the catback cuz their is more air flow but i personally don't like my exhaust to be annoyingly loud.

Yea...it was the annoyingly loud thing that I was afraid of. I'll just talk to the muffler guy and get his opinion on the piping and how it shold be done.
