fawk...dammit...shit...wreck

i bet you guys have never ever seen a wreck like this one....thursday i waxed my car, looked better than new, then today, sunday i go to work...about lunch time i take the E-gator to my car to get lunch, i bak it up to the trunk to put some stuff in the bed, then i go to the frount seet to get some money for pop when this other matinence kid jumps in the gator and floors it...OMGF...the gator was still in reverse, the buzzer was still buzzing....FUC* that fawkin idiot runs into my fawkin car...i will kill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

after waxin

after fucker hits my car

what he used

he told me not to tell the boss and that he would save up and pay me for it...i know for a fact that he is broke and i am guessing that this is 1-2k of damage, so hes like...ill pay you back by the end of summer...fuck this im not watin that long. So i call the boss on his cell and tell him to come bak to shop. he gets back and writes down what happened and shit and says that the company insurance will pay for it if the kid isnt on drugs cuz its a drug free place. i know he wont pass cuz i kno he does that stuff so what the hell do i do if the company wont pay??? i am soo fuckin pissed, how much do you think it will cost to fix??

haha, go up to him and tell him if he doesn't pass the drug test you'll get a lawyer on him, and MAKE him pay. Suggest that he get some detoxifier. Tell him that the $30 for the detoxifierwill be much better than the $3k for the car damage repairs. then when he give you that look of "you gotta be kidding me" say "I'm not joking. I WILL make you or your family pay. I suggest you hop to it while you still have a chance." If he's under 18 his family WILL have to pay for his shit because they are responsible for his actions. No joke I deal with shit like this all teh time and I KNOW how to legally threaten someone.

oh yeah, and that's the exact same car as mine. a 99 3.0 CL . Mine has 45k miles. How much does your shave?

either go through your golf course or insurance. You will never see the money from that kid, and like some said, i estimate lil more than $3,000. Shitty situation, but i would have the course pay for it, just so that your insurance doesn't rise. If insurance is covering it, paint the whole thing if you find a chill body shop

As of today I don't have any mods, though according to my UPS tracking number my Injen CAI will be arriving tommorow . I suggest going grey (charcoal) or black. then you should tint the windows, that's what I'm gonna do . Of course I'm not gonna get it painted until I get my body kit and everything on there, so I don't have to paint it twice. It's gonna be pimp.

I seriously doubt ANYBODY will pay you to have the whole thing repainted, I'm sure they'll reimburse you for the amount it will cost to get those specific pieces repainted, but you'll probably have to pay the differenceto ge teh whole thing painted (I'm guessing $300-400.)

on a side note. I just waxed mine about an hour ago. If anybody touches it they will die.

The way I see it, this is gonna be a tough situation. Yes, the employee is going to be responsible regardless, so your damage will get paid...regardless; it might take awhile tho. But I know you are worried about immediate transportation. The kid who hit your car who promised to pay over the months thru the summer (and probably for the next 10 years) maybe he can pay for the rental/loaner car for you...that way you can have transportation for now and he shouldn't be out of too too much money (it should be manageable to him). Either that are you can get the boss the pay you for a rental car....this is all if your insurance compay doesn't provide a car for you. Unfortunately that's the extent of the damages that you can claim (a temp ride + the repairs). Getting hit really sucks, but in the long run, this will all be over with and behind you one day. Good luck.

am I wrong in saying that even if the kid fails the test the employer is responsible?
