Some where on the CL forum (my not be in the 1st gen area) some knows how to add a shock sensor to the factory alarm. I hear it is really simple too.
Try doing a search, even though every time I do a search I can't find what I need.
Sometimes people just don't know how to title a topic...........anyway now I'm rambling.
About the air horns, are they connected to your regular horn? Not sure if you can tie them into both your regular horn and alarm siren...............they may need to be isolated. Plus you may need to add a flasher relay to the ground because the lead to the siren is most likely a "on/off" lead which mean the air horns wouldn't honk and would just stay on for the duration of the alarms "tripped" mode.
Anyway, hope that novel helped a little.
Okay found the old thread!

While we're on this topic...
I'm having a Clifford alarm put in very soon, and since the factory alarm already has a siren has anyone tried running both sirens? Or maybe put the Clifford siren (probably louder) under the hood and relocate the factory siren under the dash? Could even add a backup battery running both sirens, that might even be worth it.
