im get so fucked in the ass when it comes to tickets. i only have one point on my licence, but a negligent driving ticket from two years ago, and an accident also.

the existing point is from december.

i dont know what the hell to do about this. this is a bullshit ticket imo.

does MD have a place where you can go pay the ticket and then they take it off your license? i know missouri does
take it to court. if the cop doesn't show up, the case gets dropped and you only pay court costs. this works because i did it. half the time the cop doesn't even show up

 

i played dumb and asked him how the court thing works.

he said that they have to show up by law. (which i already knew)
fawk.. im gonna see how long i can drag this out... maybe he will forget about it.

I'd ask for a court date. At worse, you'll pay an additional $20 for court costs. At best, you'll save 2 points from your license.

I just got a careless driving the other night...this cop was standing in the road hooking up a SPEED BOX (measures your speed while driving past it) to his Jeep...i kinda came close to him cause i had no idea he was out there its pitch black outside...so he pulls me over and asks me if "I think this is a joke"..then he says you know what im going to do is mail you a ticket for careless driving....did i mention he totally disregarded my FOP Card...I swear stay out of jersey

DUDE U MUST go to court !!!!!!!!!! worst case you will get a fine !!!!!!!! but dont just pay tix ! cause you will get all points on your licence + fine+butt-fuck from insurance ! i had like 3 tix on row all in Baltimore Co. and all they judge give you is fine which will be lower than a fine on tix !

 

Just delay the court date as much as you can. Odds are good that the cop will forget about it after a while and not show up. Even if he does show up, it shouldn't be too hard to get the points dropped. They'll still make you pay the fine, but at least no points. Good luck!

but, one of my other friends snapped the belt on his supercharger, so hes driving down with less power

 

acutally cops schedule all the court dates to 1 day so they dont' miss it. well atleast in va they do it this way.
You'll see 1 cop w/ like 10 people defending their tickets.
