f20b head swap.....
are you sure? i know that the f22b head, which is dohc, and basically the same thing as a h23a head, will bolt right up to a f23 block, without plugging coolant lines or anything. you just need to swap out the timing components.
F20B is no different, it'll b just as hard. But it isnt that hard in the 1st place though. And with the h22/f20b/h23vtec head you dont have to swap out timing components
a full H22 basically drops in (ive seen guys do it in a day). The labor to get the head to fit can be a bit of a bitch, but its not that difficult from what ive seen, and if ur only doing a head swap its cheaper. An N/A headswap will get you around 180-90 hp give or take for cheaper than a full H22 swap though, which is 190-220hp depending on which model you get.
