Exhaust Question?

Ok, I searched the forum....Do you really get much more HP from a full CATBACK Exhaust system vs. just a Hi-Flo muffler? I dont know if I want to go with a nice aftermarket muffler on the stoick exhaust or a full catback. Of course money is the issue. Someone please educate me...
