Unhappy Exhaust and Header

How yall doing everyone!!!

I have a CL 2.3 and I'm pretty new about this mod stuff. I want to get a header and the exhaust, but I don't know what order should I be getting these? Header 1st or Exhaust system 1st?
Also, if I get the exhaust system done, is it only the muffler tobe replaced or the whole thing like from the CAT back? and after I replace it, will it fit the header later on. I already installed the AEM short ram.
I also need some recommendation from the brand names and model of these mods.
I just want to add a little more power to this 2.3 CL cuz sometimes going up the hill drive me nut not be able to accel fast enough over the darn hills.
So far I only have little things done to my ride. SO thanks very much in advance for any help available outthere.

Pioneer Mp3 deck
Polk Audio Amp 860 W
2 10" JL W6 subs
LED corner lights and interior lights.

Exhaust depends on how you would like it to sound, loud or a deep growl. header, you will need to go with a dc sport, megan someone people like obx. and yes the exhaust will fit on the header, and yes you want a cat back, dont get the little muff that will be for looks. not that alot of proformance come from the exhaust with our cars you will need every bit you can get.

Most people on here like the magnaflow
I have skunk2 mega power and before that i had custom 2.5inch straight pipes, i ahve heard that Apexi World Sport is nice but its up to you man. you will get all your parts from the 94-97 accord ex,
