whats up guys...can any of you guys hook me up with some sound or video clips of a '98 2.3 with 2 1/2 in piping with a greedy SP muffler, magnaflow, HKS, anything you guys got i dunno what kind of muffler i want..all i know is i want it very quiet and deep ...thanx guys

 

Well, if you're looking for quiet, might I suggest staying with the stock exhaust system. :P

i really like the exhuast. quiet under normal driving and awewsome when u get on it. only thing is i wish i didnt get 2/5" piping. it kills low end.

Hey Got Rice? how did you get your car to rev up to 7000 RPMs in D3? Mine always shifts at around 6500 rpms in any gear unless I keep it in "first" and shift manually.

Of course mines a 3.0 so that could be it.

 

Mine is a 3.0 too. What...Yours can't do that?

I guess mods help? I swear I got a wednesday engine.

 

hmmm.. well I'll give it a try, but it never get's past about 6000 ina either of the Ds if I remember correctly. the rev limiter will kick in at about 6500 and it will "bounce back" a little bit untill I "shift... weird.
