Anybody ever buy anything from First-1.com? I ordered a AEM CAI on Wed 2/11/04. I received a conformation email right after my order. I'm waiting on them to send me a UPS tracking number. There are no phone numbers anywhere to contact them. I sent them an email yesterday and got no response. Does anyone else think this site is shady? Oh yeah, my credit card has not been charged yet...Maybe I'll be patient, but I'm very anxious to get my CAI.

 

I guess I'm the only one shopping there

 

never heard of them ,but a lot of places drop ship stuff like intakes straight from the manufacturer because they dont like to stock all the makes, models, years, and colors.

 

it does seem kinda iffy...

i went to that site just now.. its odd that they dont have a phone number.. its ghey.. u should report them in

 

that site looks straight. i'm sure youll get your stuff, just be patient!

Well today I checked my online banking. First-1.com withdrew the money on fri 13th. I did not get a conformation email. But I will try the patient thing. Atleast they did something!!!

 

wow for 3 more dollars you could have bought an intake from me and bugged me all you want.

 

Well, no emails today either. Blurry I might take you up on that if I can figure out what the heck is going on with this first-1.com place! They definitely got the loot on fri 13th and I have yet to see a ups tracking number or even a reply to my numerous emails......I HATE FIRST-1.COM...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

 

my guess is if you ordered it weds. and they charged you on fri... than they shipped it on fri. and usually UPS is 3-5 business days, so expect to see your package on weds. or thurs. of this week. Thats how things usually work, if you don't see your package by fri. call your credit car company and tell them that some internet site scammed you and tell them to reverse the payment.

 

can they actually withdraw a payment like that?

I would cancel it... and get your money back.. I never use little stores when i 1st tried to buy my coilovers from import-store.com it looked like a legit storefront and 3 months later, i finally got my money back after threatening emails. In any event i found it easier to buy things off ebay rather then buying it from little stores that are so small that the orders are being placed through the distributor then being sent to you.

 

NEVER BUY FROM FIRST-1.COM..... It is now the 25th, I ordered on the 11th. My Credit card was charged the 13th. I called mon 2/23, called tue 2/24, and called today (wed)2/25 with no response to any of my calls. I want to cancel my order. Need I say anymore??? DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE DOUCHE BAGS!!!!!.... am I the douche for being this patient???

 

Yup that fukin website import-store.com is a rippp i ordered something and they never sent it..had a whole argument with my credit card n shit.

 

Well, today is March 2nd. I called all last week and left messages. I have yet to hear anything so I'm forced to get my credit card company involved. How the hell can there be business' out there like this. I repeat...... NEVER BUY FROM FIRST-1.com!!!!!

Well, they got a pretty nice website. I guess they need funding some way or another.

Your bank should be able to stop payment or worst case is cancel your credit or check card.
