Engine shaking at near zero speed

When i pull up to a stop light, my engine is fine. At a complete stop my car is at 1250 RPMs, When i slowly let the car start to roll forward, the RPMs go up to 1500-2000 and the engine starts to shake. i can feel the shaking in the steering wheel and in my foot through the gas pedal...Any ideas what wrong? Thanks for the help

i had my car at a stop and it would be at like 1500-2000 rpm then it would do a big jerk and drop to 1000. but that was my tranny. i was missing gears 1 and 3.

take the neg terminal off the battery for 15 mins. Then reconnect and let your car idle for a couple mins

My car idles at around 600 RPMs.. If the ECU thing doesnt work, take it to the shop and get a tune-up. Set the timing belt or some shit like that.
