Engine mounts (2.3)

so, i'm pretty sure i have a bad engine mount, it does the rough idle under a grand and it does shift a little harsh.

Just wondering if there are any upgraded (poly or w/e) engine mounts that I can buy?

i'm willing to replace them all.

also has anyones ever put on a engine damper on our cars? i have one in my legend and felt a huge difference in shifting and engine response from installing it.

edit: another thing, has any tried using window weld to fill the mounts? i did that with my rear trans mount for my legend, defiantly better then the stock rubber mount

Are these what you're looking for? I know energy suspension makes motor mount inserts and mounts for 94-97 accord which fits our CL's.

so these inserts, i have to gut the old mount? or it slides into a new mount filling the gaps? if so, can i use my old broken mount, or should i get a new mount plus the inserts?

this is what i was talking about with my legend, its a blankend motorsports engine damper

it alone, pretty much seized engine movement to a T. I've installed these on legends with a broken engine mount and seen it help out (i kno, its like a temp fix but it makes even more difference after new mounts, hehe)

With the inserts from energy suspension they recommend replacing the mont if it is broken before putting it in. Also I filled my rear mount with 3m window weld now the whole car shakes when the air conditioner is on

My front motor mount is giving a little and my side mounts are sagging. I'm thinking of getting the energy suspension inserts to help improve my oem mounts. I'd rather do this as it would cost nearly 600 to replace all four, plus labor if I can't do it myself. Would installing these inserts just delay replacement or would the mounts last as long as a new OEM set, assuming mine don't tear by the time I replace them. I'm guessing since they're polyeurethane they'd last a while, no? I'll probably wait until September, no matter what; however, I'd rather reduce the cost as much as possible.
