Is there a difference if you bought a cl in california, then if you bought it in any other state? You know how they have all models, then they will have a california model. I was wondering because I know that california models of any type, usually have some other part that will make the vehicle pass emissions. Unfortunately this requires the maker to detune the vehicle and rob it of precious power.
