It's just north of the intersection of 355 (Rockville Pike) and Montrose/Randolph Road (they change names at the intersection of 355; but they're the same road).

If you take the Beltway, get off on 355 and head north for 5 minutes or so. If coming from 270, then take the Montrose Road (East) exit, and turn left onto 355.

I came around 9:00pm with my bike, but didn't stay long. I saw a black CL 2.2 but nobody near it. It was all stock, so it could have just been some random person.
