yah man, mine is buggin too. both windows roll up/down slowly, except the drivers side moves like a snail. when i roll up the drivers side window, it looks like its forcing itself along the rubber strip. i dont have the money to buy new regulators, but ive heard that you can use silicone, and lube it on the rubber window things.

so is the window regulator/motor really hard to replace yourself? I got the drivers side replaced when mine went bad and it was like $350 from the dealer!! Pissed me off!!

BTW: my passenger window is rattling sometimes when i roll it 1/2 down...i take it, thats a bad rattle? is my regulator about to go bad on the passenger side?

ADP Estamating says that R&I (remove and install) on our regulators is 1.1hrs labour. It took me a little over that, but I was playing around with my woodgrain too.
So if your not as mechanicly inclined as an Acura tech, it shouldn't take more than 2.5-3 hours, with hand tools.

Careful taking the door panel off. Its easy to get frustrated and break stuff (security light)

I spray the tracks with silicone about every 2-3 months, and this regulator has lasted quite a while.
