Anyone had thier chip upgraded? Is it mod specific (tell them what youve done and they change it)? How much was it? Was it worth it? Where did you get it done.

I haven't had my chip upgraded. JET is a company that makes this kind of upgrades. You said it exactly right. You send the chip to them and you tell them the mods that you have done so they can program it to fully utilize your mods. I believe it's around $300. JET usually does the upgrade in one day. If you're putting more mods in your car, I suggest you do those mods first. Do the ECU upgrade last so you can fully utilize all your mods. I apologize for the disorganized post. I remember a few people who sent their ecu to jet for the upgrade. They said that there car's performance was better before the upgrade. However, I am pretty sure that they all had 3.0's. A good place to ask is probably on the H-A accord board. I'm sure a few of them have done it.
I say H-A just as a last resort
