ECU still on after new cat & O2
I replaced my catalytic converter and its' O2 sensor because the ECU light was given me the "catalyist below threshold" code. Now that the two have been replaced the ECU light still keeps coming on with the same code. I was then told that the new catalytic converter and O2 sensor are okay.
Is there anything else that could be throwing this code?
Could the O2 on the manifold need replacing too? (It is the original and I am now at 168K)?
Thanks for the help.

Could be, but first things first, did you clear the ecu? and the light come back on? Take the terminal off your battery and let the ecu drain for about 15 mins to reset if that wasn't done.

One custom CL
something like that should reset itself. as soon as the issue is solved then then light should just disapper. unless you have a retarted ECU then you might want to try to reset it
