Is this the ECU I need for my swap?

P13 ECU
Is this what I need for an H22a swap into a 99CL.
I am most likely going to buy a 97 motor because they are easier to find. Will this ECU give me any problems?

Yup, that will work. Don't forget to get the obdII to obdI jumper harness.

And will that be all I need? Will the engine come with the wiring harness up to the OBD! to OBDII Jumper? What part of the stock harness will I be able to use, or will I use any of it?

You can use all of it, all you need is the jumper harness, only if you are auto, and going to manual, then will you have extra sensors left over.
