Ebay turbo kit (link)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Accor...spagenameZWDVW I don't know much about turbos, but I found this and thought maybe you guys might know more about it. I doubt I will ever turbo, and will probably cure my lust for speed with a sport bike this spring.

Yeah, I wouldn't spend that much without doing some serious research on it first, and if I wanted a fast car I would start with something faster then a cl.

This looks like a really good deal. If I had the money, I'd probably buy it. As for the 16g turbo, I know a guy when can go over it and if you want piece of mind, he can do a basic rebuild for $130. This kit looks somewhat like the one I'm going to build This kit looks solid too, I'd get it if I were you. You can easily tune this thing to 300whp.

Putting on a turbo is the easiest. Keeping it there and running is a lil tricky. I dont believe in boosting 4psi. If u boost redo internals and run a fair amount of pressure.

just get soem head studs and ur ok for a bit, but working up ur rods and pistons is def a good idea as well if you have the cash. Otherwise, I'd run maybe 8psi daily and bump it up on race days n such.

The manifold won't fit. The port pattern on 2.x CL's is spaced 0-00-0. The port pattern on DSM manifolds is spaced 0-0-0-0. That is a DSM manifold.
Also, I personally don't think it's a very good deal for what the kit includes. This is definately not the kit to get if you want to turbo your CL.
